  1. This is a piece I found on the ARTstor website. It was created by Surgej Maljutin and titled "Portrait of the Writer D. A. Furmanov" from 1922. Being a fairly reserved but laid back person, this piece really stood out to me because of the body language portrayed by the figure. He appears to be sitting back in a comfortable pose, with his coat resting loosely on his shoulders. Moreover, His facial expression is blank and reserved as he gazes out to the viewer.
